The Restaurant at Round Hill under the direction of our award winning Executive Chef Martin Maginley seeks to define Contemporary Caribbean Cuisine. Building on Chef Martin's many years of experience, the restaurant serves a variety of dishes inspired by the bountiful market basket of Jamaica and the cultural influences that have evolved the palate of the region. Borrowing from the rich and diverse history of the region, the chefs seek to combine both technique and style, weaving them into modern patterns that whilst appealing to the internationally attuned palate strike a unique and individual note. The Restaurant itself is housed on a spacious terrace above the main dining area and has been recreated in the original dining format used at Round Hill until the late 60s. The emphasis is on elegance in all aspects of design, food and service. The Restaurant at Round Hill is open 5 nights a week and advanced reservations are required as the space is limited and often booked days in advance.
