Private dining options consist of special menus created by our Executive Chef to suit the specific occasion and location.

To create the prefect memory for you private events can be offered in several locations.

• The Romantic Gazebo dinner for two - Situated on the dock the Gazebo offers serenity and moonlight seascapes. Surprise the special person in your life with a menu designed for sharing
• Dinner on your terrace - Make the most of your fabulous cottage with anything from a romantic dinner for two to a specially catered event for up to 10 persons.
• Dinner on the Beach - Any of the above options can also be served at a private beach location, turning the most elegant event into casually chic. The menu can be selected from the chef's compendium or designed to suit the needs of the occasion. Haute Cuisine to a rustic BBQ.

All private events require the minimum of 24 hours notice and are limited in availability so please plan ahead. Dining options begin at $75.00 per person plus tax and service charge and are included in the price of the platinum plan. Guests on meal plans may be subject to a service charge. 50 % discount for children under 12. Labour charges will be applied for events held on the beach or in a villa and will vary with the number of guests and the complexity of the event. Additional attractions such as musician and entertainers may be booked to augment your evening.Friday evening is reserved for a huge celebration of Jamaican food and culture with the best of real Jamaican delicacies on offer rounded off with an authentic floor show.
