Awarded as Chef of the Year for two consecutive years, Martin is the only chef who has won the award twice. He also received the Dish of the Year award for his Oven Roasted Grouper Wrapped in Rum Molasses Cured Bacon with Seasoned Bammy Chips while The Restaurant at Round Hill was awarded Most Romantic Restaurant.
