Prime meats. Local vegetables and tropical fruits are delectably presented in ways most of our guests find irresistible.

Days are casual and informal with an emphasis on enjoying Jamaica and Round Hill. Evenings, though not formal, are casually elegant.

Mornings are special, with breakfast cooked to order and served in bed or overlooking the sea. Lunches are a casual affair, with a la carte items served on the terrace or barbeque items served on the beach.

And what could be more seductive than a vivid Caribbean sunset and a cool tropical drink before a stroll down to dinner through gardens of jasmine and frangipani.
